Joomla Power Edition lets you choose which addons would you like to install with Joomla itself.

It is exe file that works only under Windows. After executing it you will see instalator which allow you to prepare instalation folder for Joomla with addons, ready to upload on serwer. After uploading you proceed with standart Joomla instalation, with slight modifications.

After instalation you get portal, as you would install everything separately. All things are unchanged, so there will be no problem with removing, updating etc.
